Courtyard by Marriott Columbus New Albany

Service is amazing, Justin the cleark at the front desk is nice and always has a smile on his face and is always helpful when it comes to extending my hotel room or any questions I may have, great experience with this hotel and has never let me down !

Solid courtyard. It is getting a little dated but rooms were in good shape and clean. Probably will need a reno in a year or two. Had a room facing the back of the hotel, was a great view of a little pond and a wedding event venue across the road. Prices are reasonable although disappointed with the city tax of almost $10/night. New Albany is a very cute place to visit, classic Americana and very friendly people. Just beautiful to drive around and see all the green and farms.

The rooms were "ok". The walls are a little thin for my liking. Other than that, they were clean. The water as hot, and they were comfortable. The reason I will be back is because of Justin. That gentleman is a true asset to your business. He assisted me with my food and beverage credit every day while I was there. More importantly, while picking out my snacks, I listened to him and how he dealt with customers coming and going. Amazing! I know it's just a job, but his qualities are extremely rare these days. Don't let him slip away. Thanks for a great stay!

Justin was absolutely the best. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel right at home. He has such a welcoming presence and truly goes above and beyond. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and he is fantastic at it. We could not have asked for a better experience.

I was a bit surprised by the cucumber & lime water offered in the lobby, as it had sugar added. The idea of infused water is to keep it refreshing, not sweet. If guests want something sugary, soda is already available. I expected a different standard, especially from an international hotel chain. It’s also important to note that this hotel does not include a buffet breakfast, which may be disappointing for some travelers. That said, the room itself is decent, and overall the stay was fine.

The customer service was top-notch. The rooms were ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE and clean. The bathroom was large enough for 4 adults. The atmosphere was upbeat and modernized. The bar was nice, a little pricy, but to be expected at a hotel. Overall, it was a very nice location and plenty around to do things while in the area. Thank you!!

Stayed here for work, rooms are clean and as expected, very friendly front desk staff (thanks Justin!) and pretty quiet. Super accessible to nearby restaurants, would stay again!

Great staff that helped our large group staying. The rooms were updated and had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were amazing. The bathroom and shower was clean, which I particularly find a big deal. The bistro breakfast was delicious and the conference room space was very nice.
